"The energetic opening act AJR was incredible, and their contagious energy was unforgettable at the El Rey Theater in LA. The Doo Wop Project finally took the stage with my favorite song, "Kiss You Slow", opening their performance. They engaged the audience successfully by telling us the backstory of some of their songs, like "Kamikaze", and teaching us dance moves, performing with so much enthusiasm that you could really tell they loved what they were doing. During their show, at one point, I was so energized and happy that I forgot about the stress with grades and college, creating a memory I'll happily look back on for a long time. Attending one of their concerts is a no-brainer with tickets only $40, but make sure to get there early if there's no seating. My friend and I were fortunate to stand in the 4th row, which added to the fun. Be there right at starting time to avoid being stuck in the back—I bet you can't wait till the next time they come back to LA!"
